□ People in charge of looking into the implementing the library – talking to different libraries and reading rooms
Going out and meeting with different libraries and reading rooms and basically getting feelers out there for the project.
□ People in charge of talking to professor and faculty
Talking to profs “selling” the book to them and gathering academic support for the book and subsequently the library
□ People in charge of off campus promotions
Hair saloons ETC.
Organising and basic promotions
Liaising with other people
□ People looking for a second venue for a second book launch
Looking for different venues and organising an event to take place
Coordinating the event
Sending out psa’s about the event
This is TOO MUCH for one person to take on (unless you’re a superhero or something) so this should be a sub committee with a min of 2-3 people BUT for coordination’s sake if some one could lead this initiative that would be great

Listing bookstores in the area and approaching them with promotional material and following up with any interest
Basically trying to encourage local bookstores into selling our book
